- You have a request that is not listed in our services?
You need an organizing crew? You have an urgent job to do but you can’t be there in person? You have disabilities or require other specific organizing skills? You need assistance with packing /un-packing before or after a move? No problem, just call us so we can discuss your needs!
- What happens if you call me?
During our first phone conversation you have the opportunity to explain your needs and objectives, ask any questions and learn more about our services. If we decide to work together, we will schedule a 60-minute in-home assessment visit to get acquainted, evaluate the size of the project and elaborate an organizing plan. Then, the real work begins. You will receive valuable tips during our hands-on organizing sessions and receive homework in between meetings to move forward with your project. Finally, we evaluate our results and put in place strategies to maintain the systems over time.
- How much time will your organizing project take?
The only thing we can tell you that it takes time that you will need to make time in your agenda! The hours needed will depend on your goals, needs, size of the project, ability to make decisions, number of family members involved etc. Call us for a free phone assessment so we can give you more details!
- You would like your family members to participate and get organized as well?
Family members are more than welcome to join our sessions, as long as they want to. Organizing cannot be imposed to anyone and we do not organize or dispose of items without a person’s consent.
- You would like to hire us but you do not live in Geneva?
We are more than happy to travel! Travel greater than one hour in either direction will be billed at 50% of the agreed-upon rate.
